"Backstage News on the Potential Appearance of President Donald Trump at WWE WrestleMania"

Despite recent public endorsements from Paul "Triple H" Levesque and Roman Reigns, there are currently no confirmed plans for President Donald Trump to attend either night of WrestleMania 41 in Las Vegas. According to Fightful Select, WWE creative has not been informed of any involvement from Trump, and no internal preparations have been made for his presence—whether as a guest in the audience or backstage.

A presidential appearance would require enhanced security measures at Allegiant Stadium, but as of now, no such protocols have been initiated.

As of now, President Trump has not made any posts on his social media accounts regarding an appearance at WrestleMania. On Thursday, he was presented with an ula fala by Steven Cheung, Assistant to the President and White House Director of Communications. Cheung shared a photo on X (formerly Twitter), showing him placing the traditional Samoan necklace around Trump’s neck. In the caption, he referred to Trump as the “tribal chief,” using a finger-pointing-up emoji alongside a blood drop—symbols frequently used by fans to reference WWE’s Bloodline storyline and acknowledge Roman Reigns as the “Original Tribal Chief.”

Although the photo was shared in the lead-up to WrestleMania, reports suggest it wasn’t intended as a publicity move—despite Trump’s well-documented ties to the McMahon family and the WWE brand. Linda McMahon currently serves as Secretary of Education in Trump’s cabinet, and WrestleManias 4 and 5 were hosted at Trump Plaza in Atlantic City. Long before his presidency, Trump participated in the memorable “Battle of the Billionaires” at WrestleMania 23, famously shaving Vince McMahon’s head in the ring
